At Homenarry, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to offer a seamless shopping experience. Our refund and cancellation policy ensures transparency and fairness in every transaction. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

1. Before Dispatch:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

Cancellation requests can be made through our customer support email at support@homenarry.com or by contacting us directly through the “Contact Us” page.

Full refunds will be processed for eligible cancellations without any deductions.

2. After Dispatch:

Once the product is shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

However, you can initiate a return after delivery (see the Return Policy section).

2. Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns and provide refunds under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or personalized products.

Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

2. Reasons for Return:

Wrong item delivered.

Defective, damaged, or expired product received.

Significant difference between the product description and the received item.

3. Return Process:

Contact our customer support at support@homenarry.com or use the return request form on our website.

Provide your order number, reason for return, and photographic evidence (if applicable).

Approved returns will receive a prepaid shipping label or instructions for return shipment.

4. Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be initiated.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed through NEFT/UPI transfer. Bank details must be provided.

5. Return Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product), we will bear the return shipping costs.

For other returns, customers are responsible for the shipping charges.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Failure to raise a return/refund request within the stipulated timeframe.

Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

Products returned without prior approval or missing required components (e.g., manuals, accessories).

4. Payment Gateway Fees and Deductions

For refunds processed through Razorpay or other payment gateways, any applicable transaction fees deducted by the payment gateway are non-refundable, except in cases of full order cancellation due to seller error.

5. Order Modifications

Modifications to an order (e.g., change of address or item) can only be made before dispatch.

Requests for modifications must be submitted via support@homenarry.com.
